Established in 2012, BBS was formed to promote employment for adults across the breadth of the ASD spectrum. As part of this process, BBS collaborates with Project HOPE Foundation’s Hope Alive program to assess candidates and provide work-readiness training. To maximize success, pre-vocational training may start at an early age.
Upon completion of initial assessments, BBS matches the client through its employer base and offers job-specific training before on-site placement.
